workout 2 skill development
work to a heavy OHS (front and back OK.)

workout 3 stations
station 1= 1 power snatch 3 OHS every min. on the min. for 5 min.
2 min. rest

station 2= 200 every min. on the min. for 5 min.

station 3= 100+3 OHS every min. on the min for 5 min.
