5 front squats
5 push presses
5 back squats
3 rounds Partner style ( not a race , work perfect form and technique )
Workout #2 skill/power (work skill, consistency , then weight)
Clean/ power clean/or medball cleans
5-5-5-5-5
Workout #3 20 min. AMRAP
10 wall balls
10 box jumps
10 db clean and press ( men=25- 30, women = 15-20) scale wt as needed
5 burpees
( score is total reps)
