Workout #1

Stations

#1 ball squats (sit on ball)

#2 full sit ups

#3 box step ups (no wt)

#4 bikes

#5 slide board mountain climbers

#6 toe touches

#7 db swings

#8 Russian twists

8 stations: work 30 sec. rest 15. Alternate station with running.
Example: 30 sec of ball squats/rest 15 sec./ run 30 sec./ rest 15 sec. /30 sec full sit ups/etc.
