p2 alt OH step up until p1 is done
p1 80 yard sled walk
p2 sledge hammer until p1 is done
p1 30 yard board push
p2 ball squats until p1 is done
p1 10 box jumps
p2 dips until p1 is done
p1 10 tire flips
p2 slide board mountain climbers
10 min. rotations (complete as many rounds as you can in the 10 min. Then rotate)
