Workout # 1
15 dislocates
15 OHS (PVC)
15 dislocates
15 OHS

Then:
(PVC)
15 yard OH lunge
15 drop snatch
15 yard OH lunge
15 drop snatch

Workout #2
db/kb OH walking lunge 15 yards rt arm
Then
8 single arm db clean and press (each arm)
Then
Db/ kb OH walking lunge 15 yards lt arm
Then
8 single arm db snatch
3-4 rounds. (increase wt each round)

Workout #3 (platforms)
Group A
Heavy bench press
5 rounds of 1-5 reps

Group B
200 run
8 push ups
5 round


Workout #4
Rope / fire hose 2 handle slams (20 reps)
Rope/ fire hose alternating slams (20 reps)
Push ups 20
5 rounds
