Workout:


Walking OH lunge
30m @ BB
2x15m
2x15m
(So 5 sets! : 1 bar only, 2x medium wt, 2x heavy wt)

Then:
3x10 single KB squats (5 each side, alternate arms)
Increasing in wt each set

Then:
3x6 DB Squat and press
Increasing in wt each set

Then:
"Big Five 55"
Deadlift +
Goblet Squat +
Ring Push ups (or "regular" push ups)+
Box Jump on 24" box +
Pull-up
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of each
Goal is constant movement, not necessarily speed
