Workout #1 group
partner shuttle run and sit up
p1= 400 run p2= toe touches until p1 is done (switch)
then
p1= 300 run p2= hip lifts until p1 is done (switch)
then
p1= 200 run p2 full sit up until p1 is done (switch)
then
p1= 100 run p2 SLSUP until p1 is done
2 rounds

Workout #2 station
sleds
skip 10 yards
run 30 yards
20 ball slams
4 rounds partner style

Workout #3 station
2-5k med ball routine
10 med ball burpee press (no push up)
10 body squats
10 med ball push ups
10 squat jumps
10 med ball sit ups
10 tuck jumps
10 med ball toss and runs
3 rounds


Workout #4 group
20 sec on / 10 sec off
8 rounds of each
-Russian twist
-bikes
-full sit ups
