Workout #2 station (med ball routine) turf
10 ball slams
10 rotational tosses rt
10 rotational tosses lt
10 toss and chase
4 rounds

Workout #3 station (weight room)
8-10 reps incline db bench press
6 Turkish get ups (3 each side)
4 rounds

Workout #4 station (racks)
10 pull ups
10 cauldron clockwise
10 cauldron counterclockwise
4 rounds
