Workout #1 group
1 alternating round every 20 sec
round 1 = 1 tuck jump/ 2 squat jumps/ 3 squats
round 2 = 2 burpees/ 2 push ups / 2 burpees
round 3 = 1 tuck jump/ 2 squat jumps/ 3 squats
round 4 = 2 burpees/ 2 push ups/ 2 burpees
round 5 = 1 tuck jump/ 2 squat jumps/ 3 squats
etc. for 5 min.

Workout #2 station (racks and turf)
8 bench press
6 get ups
4 Turkish get ups 2rt and 2lt
4 rounds

Workout #3 station (weight room)
12 ball slam
10 DB strict press
8 cable tri ext.
8 cable bi curls
4 rounds

Workout #4 station (platform)
12 OHS
10 cauldron clockwise
10 cauldron counterclockwise
4 rounds
