Workout:
2x20 Squat
2x10 Jump Squat
2x20 dislocates

Then:
2x 20sec mountain climbers
2x 20sec Split Jump
2x 20sec Burpee
Rest 20 seconds between all sets

Then:
4x20 yard Walking lunge and/ or OHS (three steps + 1x OHS):
Increase in wt each set
(45#, 65#, 85#, 95#) just an example
NOT A RACE MOVE WT!

Then:
work to a heavy squat (front,back,or OH)
10 min of work (vary sets and reps)

Then:
DB "Triplet":
5x FSPP +
3x Man Maker +
200 run
man rounds for 10 minutes

Then:
Cool Down
