5 power cleans (bwt?)/or burpees (option B)
15 double-unders or 50 jumps
station 2
5 wall balls
15 db swings
station 3
5 -24" box jumps
15 push ups
station 4
5 tire flips/or run 100 (option B)
15 ball slams
work at each station for 5 min. / rest 2 min. before moving to next station.
Complete all 4 stations and repeat. Score is total number of completed rounds for both rounds
