Who We Are And What We Are All About!

The VSP Coppell adult training program is not a power aerobics class nor a glorified boot camp.
Our programs are designed to provide both physically and mentally challenging routines that stress POWER, STRENGTH, and ENDURANCE. The result is improved performance.
The posted workouts are only parts of our daily routine. The pics are actual members who have participated that day.
I hope you enjoy the posted workouts and I encourage you to post comments. However, it is difficult to take any comments serious unless you have experienced a workout at Velocity Coppell!
