5 rotational tosses rt and lt
10 med ball burpees
15 wall balls
20 over head tosses (from 5 yards away)
25 med toss sit ups
30 med ball mountain climbers
3 rounds

workout #2 skills
presses (strict press/ push press/ jerk/handstand push ups)
BB, DB, or KB
10-15 min.

workout #3
15 yard shuttle (5-back, 10-back, 15- back)
20 body squats (sit on med ball)
20 push ups
5 rounds for time

workout #4
stretch and foam roller
