Workout #1 stations
slide board mountain climbers
db box step ups
pillar hold
hang clean push press
Russian twist
db curl
goblet squat
lateral box run
sit up
OH bungy pull

20 sec on 10 sec off
complete 4 rounds of each exercise before rotating (30 sec to rotate to next station)
(ex= station 1= 4 rounds of 20 sec on 10 sec off of slide board/ then rotate)

Fire Fighters
speed ball
