June 20th

Workout:
BB complex "light wt / increase wt each set"
6 DL
6 Hang clean
6 Push press
6 lunge (bar on back) 3 on each leg

(6 reps of each movement= 1 set)
5 rounds increasing in wt

Then:
Front Squat @ men 115lbs women=75lbs
OR
Back Squat @ men 135lbs women = 95lbs
100x, partition work as needed BUT ...
Each time the bar is racked the player must do 10 Burpees

Then:

50 yard Farmer Carry (25 yards down and back) +
100 yard Sprint + (50yards down and back)
50 yard farmer carry+
100 yard sprint (50 yard and back)
5 sets increase wt on farmers carry each set
Then:
Cool down
