Squats
Group A
Single leg kb box squat + heavy board push 15 yards
5 rt+ 5 lt
5 rounds increasing wt each round

Group B
3 Heavy Front squats + heavy board push 15 yards
5 rounds increasing wt each round

Workout #3
5 min. of work

Group a= 10 kb swings + 10 box jumps
Group b= 5 power clean + 10 box jumps.
