A. hang squat cleans
3-8 reps
10 min. partner style
focus on form and tech. (Not Heavy!!!)

B. sled skips and run
skip 10 run 20
10 min. partner style
focus on form and tech. (Not Heavy!!!)

workout #3
5 squat cleans (men 135 women 95) scale weight as needed
30 double unders
5 rounds for time
