then:
as a group
1 round every 30 sec for 5 min.
5 body squats
5 squat jumps
5 body squats



Workout #2 skill
A. Hang clean low catch
Increase each set
10 min. 3-6 reps

B. sled runs
10 min. 30yrds and back partner style.

Workout # 3 challenge
400 yard run
6 Power Cleans
3 Front Squats
3 rounds for time
Men 155/70K (scale wt as needed)
Women 95/45K (scale wt as needed)

Workout 4
50 TT
50 Rev. Crunches
50 wipers (45-135lb bar)
